Backed by decades of research from the Gottman Institute, Bringing Baby Home sessions are filled with information, thought-provoking exercises, and opportunities to strengthen your relationship in preparation for parenthood. 

Schedule: 
Session 1: Sunday, Sept. 29, 1-4pm PT
Session 2: Sunday, Oct. 6, 1-4pm PT
Session 3: Sunday, Oct. 20, 1-4pm PT
Session 4: Sunday, Oct. 27, 1-4pm PT 

Cost: The cost of attendance is $450 per couple, which includes a set of digital materials.

  • Strategies to co-parent with your partner
  • Ways to improve communication
  • Skills for strengthening your friendship, intimacy, and conflict regulation
  • Skills for supporting infant development and postpartum mental health

Instructor: This workshop is led by Melany Barr-Patz, a parent and Child and Family Therapist at the Center for Early Childhood Connections (APCC #15275, supervised by Amanda Campbell, LMFT #50600).
