This one-hour virtual webinar introduces the key concepts of infant and early childhood mental health and reflective practice. Participants will identify ways in which relationships with young children, families, and their caregivers can promote positive mental health in early learning and care settings. This session highlights the services available through the IECMHC Network, which are offered at no cost to center-based and home-based child care and early education providers in California. The IECMHC Network’s services are designed to build the capacity of program staff and care providers to foster the social, emotional, and relational health and well-being of young children and the adults who care for them.
