Co-Founder, Director of Clinical Services

Amanda Campbell, LMFT (she/her) is Co-Founder and Director of Clinical Services at The Center for Early Childhood Connections and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who supports young children, caregivers, adults, and birthing people through relationship-centered, trauma-informed care. As a white clinician practicing within a diversity-informed and equity-centered framework, Amanda approaches her work with intentional reflection, humility, and awareness of power and context, honoring the cultural and relational experiences that shape family life.

Amanda began her career as a preschool teacher, where she discovered the power of children’s authenticity and the importance of supporting caregivers alongside them. She partners with adults and families to better understand themselves within their relationships so they can feel more connected and present with one another. Guided by the Diversity-Informed Tenets for Work with Infants, Children, and Families, Amanda centers collaboration, reflection, and relational healing in her clinical and leadership work.

She has over 20 years of experience developing early childhood mental health consultation, perinatal mental health, and trauma-informed programs. Amanda is a rostered provider of Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and is endorsed by the California Center for Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health as an Infant-Family and Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist and Reflective Practice Facilitator II. She also completed advanced training in Infant and Maternal Mental Health through the Barnard Center at the University of Washington.
