CHILDCARE CONSULTATION

Caring for young children is a big job.

Caring for children in your home or running your own program or business is an even bigger one!

The good news is that participating in collaborative support like early childhood mental health consultation equips and empowers you with the skills to transform your interactions with children, promoting healthy development, deeper learning, and stronger social-emotional connections.  General and program focused director mentoring helps you build both your program's quality and the coping skills you need to face your demanding job.

Utilizing evidence-supported approaches, we collaborate with Center based, Licensed Family Childcare or informal (Family, friend and neighbor) providers to integrate strategies that make sense YOUR context.

With our extensive experience working in both mental health and many types of formal and informal care, we facilitate a process of collaborative support and guidance on implementing relationship-focused, trauma-informed care in your program to give all children a healthy start!

What care providers are saying about us:

"When I had a particularly difficult day ... I realized that I needed help. This was becoming a regular occurrence. I decided to call Christine. With her vast background and excellent communication skills she helped me through this crisis as she empathized with me and also helped me in seeing other possibilities when a negative could’ve been a positive. As we chatted, she listened and offered ideas that I’ve implemented... I’m grateful."
