Spending time with fellow parents during the newborn period can help you feel more connected, less stressed and can give you more perspective on the challenges you face as a new parent.  

You and your fellow participants will work with the facilitator to co-create a group that feels most supportive.  It could include sharing birth stories, learning about infant development and health strategies (such as infant CPR or baby massage) depending on the interests and needs of the group.  

Groups take place in our comfortable offices where tea/ coffee and light snacks are provided.
